TaSee

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: October 6, 2026

This policy explains how TaSee, the iPhone app provided by Shanghai Lingsihuan Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Inspirix), handles information. It covers the app and information you voluntarily send to TaSee support. It does not replace the policies of Apple, external research websites, or destinations you choose for sharing.

Your photos stay yours. TaSee processes images on your iPhone without an account, photo upload, advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking.

Privacy at a glance

  • System picker accesses only photos you select
  • Camera and add-only Photos permission are requested in context
  • Silent video never requests microphone access
  • Temporary exports can be cleared in Settings

1. Local processing and developer collection

TaSee processes selected images and live camera frames on your device. The app does not upload photos or video, create accounts, collect usage analytics, location, advertising identifiers, or send automatic crash reports to Inspirix. It has no advertising or third-party tracking SDK. We do not sell or rent personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

2. Information used on your device

Selected originals are used for the current editing session. The app locally generates previews, comparison images, and silent videos. Language, effect/detail choices, animal-companion preferences, and game records are saved locally. StoreKit entitlement state is used to enable purchased features. None of this app content is sent to an Inspirix server.

3. Permissions and withdrawing access

The system Photos picker provides only the images you select; it does not grant TaSee full-library reading access. Camera access is requested when you open the camera. Saving exports requests add-only Photos access, not permission to read or delete your library. Videos contain no audio and the app does not request microphone access. You can deny or revoke camera and photo-add permissions in iOS Settings. Built-in scenes remain usable without them; when Photos saving is denied, use the system share sheet to save to Files instead.

4. Apple services and external destinations

Apple processes purchases and restores through StoreKit under its own terms and privacy policy. TaSee reads verified entitlement and transaction status but does not receive card or bank credentials. A selected iCloud photo may first be downloaded by Apple. Research links open external websites under their own policies. Sharing sends the exported item only to the destination you select; that provider controls its storage and use. These services are not a TaSee cloud-photo service.

5. Retention, cache, and deletion

Original images are held only for the editing session. Temporary export files support saving and sharing and are removed when the export screen closes. Leftover files older than one hour are cleaned on a later app launch, not by a guaranteed background timer. Settings > Clear cache removes temporary exports, not preferences or game records. Local preferences and records remain until app data is removed. Deleting the app removes its local container according to iOS behavior; device backups may retain data under your Apple settings. Exports saved to Photos, Files, or another app must be deleted there. Restore Purchases restores access, not deleted images or game records.

6. Security and backups

App files are kept in iOS-controlled app storage. Protect your device with appropriate system security. Device or iCloud backups, if enabled, are managed by Apple and your settings, not by Inspirix. No storage or transmission method is absolutely secure. We cannot retrieve or remotely erase your local originals, exports, or game records.

7. Support correspondence and your rights

When you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you deliberately send. We use this information to respond, investigate problems, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Our email delivery providers process correspondence for these purposes; we do not send it to advertising or analytics services. We keep correspondence only as reasonably necessary for those purposes, then delete or de-identify it. You may request access, correction, or deletion of this correspondence, subject to applicable legal obligations, by contacting us. App diagnostics are shared only at your initiative; the built-in diagnostic text contains app/model versions and no photos or personal identifiers.

8. Children and shared devices

The app does not ask for age or collect personal information from children through app use. Guardians should supervise camera access, purchases, and external sharing on shared devices. If you believe a child sent personal information to support, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its effective date if data practices change. If future functionality introduces developer collection, cloud processing, analytics, or advertising, we will update the app disclosures and policy and obtain permission where required before that processing begins.
