This policy covers the current Sporecourt app and information you voluntarily send to its support team. The developer is Shanghai Lingsihuan Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Inspirix), Shanghai, China. Website hosting, Apple services and your email provider operate under their own applicable policies.

On-device data and deletion
Progress, preferences and local save backups remain in the app's device storage. We do not operate a game account, cloud-save or gameplay analytics server. Uninstalling may delete local saves; system backups depend on your Apple settings. We cannot remotely retrieve or erase data stored only on your device.
Apple purchases
Apple processes payments. StoreKit verifies purchase entitlements on-device to unlock or restore content. Inspirix does not receive payment-card details or upload receipts or transaction records to a developer server. Apple handles billing and refunds under its policies. No purchase is required to contact support.
Permissions and tracking
Gameplay does not require camera, microphone, location, contacts or photo-library access. The current app has no advertising, third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising.
Voluntary support correspondence
If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, message and optional attachments. We use them to respond, investigate the issue and meet applicable legal obligations; we retain them only as needed for these purposes, then delete or de-identify them. You may request access or deletion by email, subject to required legal retention. Do not send passwords, card details or unnecessary private information.
Children and choices
There is no in-game chat, public posting or game account. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. A parent or guardian may contact support about information a child has sent. Apple purchase approvals and parental controls are managed through Apple.
