LastFrame

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LastFrame, provided by Shanghai Lingsihuan Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Inspirix", "we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the iOS app.

LastFrame is a one-device camera relay game. Recordings, final-frame references, recovery state, and the assembled movie are processed locally. The current version has no account, cloud room, Inspirix server upload, advertising, or analytics.

Privacy at a glance

  • Camera, microphone, and relay media are used only for the game you start
  • Active relay files stay in the app’s private local storage and are excluded from device backup
  • Photos receives a finished movie only when you tap Save; LastFrame does not read your library
  • System sharing opens only when you choose it; there is no account or tracking

1. Information collected by Inspirix

Inspirix does not collect data from the current version of LastFrame. The app does not transmit recordings, images, audio, session state, usage data, or device identifiers to Inspirix or an analytics or advertising provider.

LastFrame contains no Inspirix backend, third-party analytics or advertising SDK, social login, remote artificial-intelligence service, or in-app purchase system.

2. Information processed and stored on your device

LastFrame processes the following information locally to run the relay you choose to create:

  • Short video clips and their live audio, captured for each player’s turn.
  • A still image derived from the last frame of a completed clip, shown as the next player’s visual reference.
  • Relay settings and recovery state, including player count, take duration, current turn, completed turns, and local media file names.
  • A final MP4 movie assembled from the completed clips on the device.
  • Temporary recording workspace files used while a take is being captured and prepared.

3. Permissions and your choices

  • Camera: required to show the live preview and record each player’s short take.
  • Microphone: required to record the live sound that accompanies each take.
  • Add Photos Only: requested only when you tap Save to Photos. It lets LastFrame add the finished movie but does not let the app browse or import your photo library.
  • You may change these permissions in iOS Settings > Apps > LastFrame. Without camera and microphone access, a relay cannot be recorded. You can still watch a completed local master without granting Photos access and may use system sharing instead.

4. Saving, sharing, and third parties

LastFrame does not automatically disclose relay content. Saving or sharing happens only after a person using the device chooses an export action.

  • Save to Photos uses Apple PhotoKit with add-only access. Apple and your Photos/iCloud settings govern the saved copy.
  • Share the Relay uses the iOS share sheet. The person using the device selects the recipient or destination. Once shared, that service or recipient controls its copy under its own terms and privacy practices.
  • The current app includes no third-party SDK that receives relay media or app activity.

5. Retention and deletion

  • Temporary capture files are kept only as needed to record and transfer a take into the active relay workspace.
  • The current relay’s clips, checkpoint, and final local movie are retained in the app’s private Application Support directory so an interrupted relay can be recovered.
  • Returning to the home screen, starting another relay from the setup flow, or choosing to discard a failed recovery removes the active relay workspace and its local takes. Deleting LastFrame removes its app data according to iOS behavior.
  • Active relay storage is marked as excluded from device backup. A movie you saved to Photos or sent through the share sheet is a separate copy; delete it from Photos or the chosen destination if you no longer want it there.
  • Because LastFrame has no account or Inspirix cloud storage, Inspirix cannot view, restore, or remotely delete local relay media.

6. People appearing in a relay

Video and audio can contain personal information about the people being recorded. The person operating the device is responsible for telling participants that recording is taking place, obtaining any consent required by applicable law, and choosing where the finished relay may be saved or shared. Do not record or share someone where consent is required and has not been obtained.

7. Security

Relay files are stored inside the iOS app sandbox. LastFrame also places a privacy shield over an active relay when the app leaves the foreground and restores an interrupted relay without immediately revealing a previous player’s frame. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection, so protect your device with an appropriate passcode and control who can access it.

8. Information you send to support

If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to provide. This information is not sent automatically by LastFrame. We use it to answer the request, investigate a problem, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We retain it only as reasonably necessary for those purposes, then delete or de-identify it. Do not attach a private relay recording unless it is necessary and every affected participant agrees.

9. Sale, advertising, and tracking

We do not sell or rent personal information. LastFrame does not share information for targeted advertising, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not use the AppTrackingTransparency permission.

10. Children’s privacy

LastFrame is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. Adults supervising a game involving minors are responsible for appropriate consent and sharing decisions. If you believe a child sent information to support, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when LastFrame changes or when legal or platform requirements change. We will publish the revised policy here with a new effective date. If a future version adds server processing, accounts, analytics, advertising, purchases, or another form of developer collection, we will update the app disclosures and this policy before or when that processing begins, as required.
