Frequently asked questions

01What is free, and what does the course unlock?

The first stop has six free lessons. The planned one-time non-consumable purchase unlocks stops 2–5, adding 24 lessons. There are 30 lessons and 120 interactive questions overall; no subscription, betting or cash prizes.

02How do purchases, restoration and refunds work?

Use the same Apple Account to restore. Apple must be reachable; pending transactions unlock only after approval and verification. Unavailable products disable purchase and allow retry, without a guessed price. Apple displays the final local price and handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Revocation can remove course access, not automatically erase learning records.

03Where is progress stored, and what does reset do?

Progress is saved on this device. Confirmed reset clears learning and game records plus the recovery backup, preserving language and verified purchases. Reinstalling may lose history. Purchase restoration cannot restore deleted progress. External copies and Apple backups remain separately managed.

04How do I share a learning report?

Open the learning report in Settings and choose Share. It is a locally generated text summary, not a JSON export or automatic upload. It separates independent first answers, assisted attempts and completion. Check the contents before choosing a recipient; support never requires the full report.

05Does finishing mean I have mastered the game?

No. Completion, hinted answers and independent first answers are different records. Use suggested revision and visual feedback. Examples show valid plays, not guaranteed optimal strategy, competition qualification or professional certification.

06Which devices, languages and rules are used?

iPhone and iPad, iOS 17+. App languages: English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, French, German, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Dutch, Japanese and Korean are not implemented. The guandan.shifu.classic.1 teaching rules use four players, opposite partners, 108 cards and 27-card full hands. Short teaching hands are labeled; local rules can differ.

07Where will the app be available?

It is still in development. The current plan excludes the mainland China App Store and course sales there. Other regions depend on the actual local listing at release. Choosing Simplified Chinese does not change your Apple Account storefront or currency.

08Can I learn offline and adjust the experience?

Lessons and computer-opponent games work offline; prices, purchase and restoration require Apple services. Choose language in Settings and use larger system text, VoiceOver and Reduce Motion. The app does not provide online matchmaking or chat.
